Siobhan Flynn, M.S., BCBA, LABA

Founder & Clinical Director
Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Siobhan Flynn is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and her Master’s in Behavior Analysis from Simmons University.

With over 15 years of experience working with children in home, school, and community settings, Siobhan is passionate about supporting not only the child, but the entire family. While working as a home therapist, she recognized that parents need more tools and support to navigate their children’s emotional and behavioral challenges. This insight led her to create Spring Hill Behavioral Education Services—an ABA practice rooted in compassion, collaboration, and family-centered care.

“Raising children is the hardest, most rewarding journey you will embark upon. Having four young children of my own has impacted my practice significantly, providing me with insight and compassion beyond my clinical skills—and helping me set realistic, meaningful goals for every family I work with.”
